You will need a recognised undergraduate or postgraduate degree that is equivalent to, or higher than a UK Bachelor’s degree with honours, as well as at least two years’ work experience in a professional, managerial or supervisory role. If you don’t hold a degree or have an ordinary degree, you should have at least three years of relevant work experience in a professional, managerial or supervisory role.
